Loaves worth the wait

A long, slow ferment gives every loaf its deep flavor, open crumb, and crackly crust. Here's what comes out of the oven.

Meet the baker

Hi, I'm Jenee.

It started with a jar of sourdough starter on my kitchen counter and one very good loaf I couldn't stop thinking about. A few hundred loaves later, I'm baking every week for my neighbors here in New Jersey.

Everything is made by hand in small batches — no machines rushing the dough, no preservatives, nothing you can't pronounce. Just honest bread, the way it's meant to be. I'd love for you to taste the difference.
